BeezZie wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built by someone who lived every side of this industry — as a child caregiver, an Au Pair, a coordinator, and a nurse who saw firsthand what families truly need.
"I've been the babysitter, the Au Pair, the coordinator and the nurse on the newborn floor. I know exactly what parents need — and exactly what it takes to earn their trust."
— Veronika, Founder of BeezZieEvery chapter of Veronika's life brought her closer to the platform she was born to build.
Stepped up as a caregiver for her newborn sister — 14 years younger — and discovered a natural gift for nurturing.
Moved to the United States as an Au Pair, living with families and becoming a trusted extension of the household.
Became the bridge between host families and newly arriving Au Pairs — ensuring trust, safety and connection.
Pursued education in nursing, working on the newborn and adolescent floors — seeing the deep need for trusted, qualified care.
Built BeezZie to give every family access to the kind of trusted, qualified help she spent her life becoming.
Veronika was just 14 years old when her baby sister arrived — a full 14 years younger. From the very first days, Veronika stepped into a role that most teenagers never experience: a true caregiver, a second mother, a protector.
She didn't just babysit. She understood the weight of being trusted with someone's most precious person. She learned patience, responsibility and the art of earning trust — not because she was told to, but because she felt it deeply.
"Caring for my baby sister wasn't a job — it was love made practical. That experience shaped everything I would become."
After completing her studies, Veronika made a bold move — she left home and came to America as an Au Pair. Living inside American family homes, she became not just a childcare provider but a trusted member of the household.
She experienced firsthand what families need most: reliability, warmth, clear communication — and someone who shows up not just with credentials, but with genuine care. She learned what parents worry about, what children need, and what makes the difference between a helper and a true partner in the home.
"I lived inside families as one of their own. I know what parents really need — not just someone to watch the kids, but someone they can breathe with."
Veronika's reputation for care and communication led her to a coordinator and counselor role — working directly with newly arriving Au Pairs as they landed in America and began their placements.
She became the bond between host families and Au Pairs — navigating cultural differences, setting expectations, resolving tensions and building the trust that made every placement work. She saw both sides of every relationship and understood that trust isn't given — it's built, deliberately and carefully, one interaction at a time.
"I was the translator between two worlds — the family that needed help and the person who came to provide it. That's exactly what BeezZie does today."
Driven by her passion for care, Veronika pursued her education and became a Registered Nurse. She worked on the newborn floor and with adolescent patients — some of the most vulnerable, precious populations in any hospital.
There, surrounded by new mothers, fragile newborns and anxious families, she saw something that stayed with her: the overwhelming need for qualified, compassionate help once families leave the hospital. The first weeks at home with a newborn are the hardest — and most families face them without enough support.
"As a nurse, I saw new mothers terrified and exhausted, needing help they didn't know how to find. That's the gap BeezZie was built to fill."
She also saw how much the quality of a caregiver matters — not just their credentials, but their presence, their intuition, their ability to make a family feel safe. That standard became the foundation of every BeezZie on our platform.
BeezZie is the platform Veronika wished had existed at every stage of her journey — for the families she cared for, for the Au Pairs she guided, for the mothers she supported as a nurse.
It's not just a staffing app. It's a trust platform. Every BeezZie is background-checked, vetted and held to the standard Veronika developed across decades of real-world care. Every booking carries her commitment: that the person who shows up at your door is someone you can truly rely on.
"BeezZie exists because trust shouldn't be hard to find. Every family deserves verified, qualified, compassionate help — and every great caregiver deserves to be recognized and paid for what they truly bring."
We believe every family deserves access to qualified, caring help — and every great caregiver deserves to be found, trusted and paid fairly. BeezZie makes both possible.
Every BeezZie is background-checked and vetted before their first booking. Trust is not assumed — it's earned and verified.
We believe the best caregivers don't just do a job — they show up with genuine warmth, attention and dedication.
